No is not. This movie is set after Civil War and before Infinity War, during that Hawkeye is on house arrest because of helping Cap and escaping the Raft prison. Taskmaster has the power of copy/mimic anyone's skills, fighting styles, proficiency on weapons, acrobatics and etc with his photographic memory. That's why Tasky here has a shield, bow and arrow, customed Black Panther claws gauntlets and swings like Spiderman.

Black Widow died in MARVEL Studios' Avengers: Endgame. That said, MS' Black Widow is set between the events of MS' Captain America: Civil War & MS' Avengers: Infinity War.

i have a thought about this, in Age of Ultron, Wanda manipulated Natasha showing her dark past, (her training era in Red Room), i think the reason why she came back for her sister is to end the Red Room (timeline of Black Widow movie is between the events of Civil War and Infinity War).

I love how Marvel can introduce a character with mysterious background, searching for redemption throughout the Avengers films, and bring things full circle with a solo film after that character has died. We see Taskmaster, Red Guardian, and Natasha's sister, Yelena. As with all Marvel films, characters and stories are connected, and I doubt this will be any different. Imagine Hawkeye having a conversation with Red Guardian or Yelena in a post credits scene explaining how Nat made the ultimate sacrifice.

MARVEL Studios' Black Widow is set between the events of MS' Captain America: Civil War & MS' Avengers: Infinity War. That said, about the scene from MS' Avengers: Endgame, I think it was meant to be only for the trailer.

you must show a lot of respect to Nat and even Barton....to be avengers that have no super powers and just rely on skills that you work so hard...your fighting side by side with HULK, IRONMAN, THOR AND Captain America and my favorite DR. Technically, Black Widow does have superpowers; she’s like Steve and Bucky in that she was enhanced to “barely superhuman”-levels by a serum. The only official Avenger that’s just... a guy, is Hawkeye lol
